A large part of the charm of Lambertville/New Hope, both for all of us who live here and those who visit, is the long enjoyed culture of our dogs being such an intergral part of our lives and our community. We love them, we're proud of them, and we have long enjoyed our walks through town with them, stopping for a snack, a drink, or dinner at an establishment with outdoor seating. It's part of who we are. It makes no sense to disrupt this integral part of our community which benefits everyone, including the businesses.
This is what you get when you elect leftists -- sanctimonious, intrusive, wanna-be commissars who believe they have every right to tell people how to live their lives. How do you think we wound-up with soviet-style health care?
You elect leftists and then you're surprised when they try to run your life? Vote for people who believe in small government and you won't have these problems.

ReplyDeleteAs any waitperson will attest, a well behaved dog is more welcome (outdoors) than an over-tired toddler with aggravated parents.
